At the beginning of 2020, as everything shifted online, I co-founded a company called Facilitator School. With one mission: to create an online platform that teaches people how to lead better meetings and workshops in a virtual setting.
Now, five years later, we’ve generated over €250k in revenue from our cohort-based courses. It’s been an incredible journey filled with valuable lessons on how to build, market, and deliver impactful online education to a global audience.
I wrote a guest article for the Outseta blog where I reflected on my key takeaways from this journey. Which could be interesting for anyone looking to develop and grow their own online education product or service.
I also recorded a 13-minute video where I dive into the marketing funnel of Facilitator School and all the tools we used along the way.
